Rolling Stones, YouTube team up for music channel

LONDON (Reuters) - The Rolling Stones and video YouTube website jointly launch a new entertainment channel.

According to a statement from the band and label Universal, fans can download the questions to the rocks in "Shine a Light," a new documentary on the rock veteran director Martin Scorsese, as well as "any other burning issues."

"By visiting www.youtube.com / livinglegends viewers will be able to download the materials to make their questions, Mick Jagger and Keith Richards or 'statement said.

"The best questions will be answered in person, followed by the Rolling Stones material is available for viewing on the new YouTube channel in a few weeks."

YouTube is a brief video clip with Jagger and Richards contribute food on the front page of its website in the United States and in many countries in Europe and Asia.

YouTube music channel called YouTube Living Legends, which offers a major pop acts from around the world to communicate with the fans through the popular site.

The announcement on Friday, shortly after going on MySpace, the largest in the world, social networking site, said he had created an Internet music company with three major corporations to challenge Apple Ink music from the iTunes Music Store.
